History / Biographical
Mrs. Edith and Judge Frank Wolfgram donated a considerable amount of money to the Pennsylvania Military College. Their most significant contribution went towards the building of Wolfgram Memorial Library. The building was dedicated in honor of their son, William, who was a student at the Pennsylvania Military College and was a member of the 10th Mountain Division during World War II. Lieutenant William Wolfgram was killed in action in April of 1945 in Italy at the age of 22.
